Introduction
The event will be an excellent opportunity to hear about the forthcoming replacement competitions for helicopters in the Qatar Emiri Air Force, including the two contracts to replace the Sea King and Gazelle helicopters. Invitations will be extended by the Chief of the Air Force to his fellow commanders from around the region and further afield to discuss modern helicopter operations. The second day of the conference will focus on parapublic helicopter operations, with special emphasis on SAR, police and air ambulance requirements for Qatar and the region. A growing requirement for modern helicopter fleets to carry out a wide variety of demanding military and parapublic roles in the region ensures that Heli-Middle East will continue to be a destination event for those with industrial and operational interests in this area.

| Sunday 1 March – Welcome Dinner |
| The Qatar Air Force will host a welcome dinner on the evening of Sunday 1st March at The Doha Golf Club. All delegates are welcome to attend on a complimentary basis. |
